About Us
Bishop’s Farm & Fizz is a small family bakehouse tucked in the heart of the Driftless Region of Wisconsin.
Run by Garrett & Clara Bishop, we’re a husband-and-wife team passionate about slowing down, doing things the right way, and feeding people food that genuinely nourishes.
We bake every loaf of sourdough using a natural long-fermentation process, including a 24-hour cold proof, to develop incredible flavor, texture, and digestibility. That’s why our breads typically take 2-3 days from order to bake.
Our jams are made in small, seasonal batches with local fruit whenever possible, and our cookies (like our signature Driftless Gold) bring a touch of playful indulgence with crispy edges and gooey centers. Many of our jams and cookies are ready for same-day pickup or local delivery.
We also offer delivery for just $5 or free pickup right from our farm at W5218 County Road B in La Crosse.

This beautiful, rugged corner of Wisconsin is where we’ve chosen to build our life — raising chickens and ducks, baking slow-fermented sourdough, and crafting small-batch jams and cookies that reflect the land we call home.
