Our Baking Schedule

We bake fresh sourdough 3 days a week using a 3-day natural fermentation process.

Orders must be placed by 8 PM on the following days:

  • Saturday for Monday pickup
  • Monday for Wednesday pickup
  • Wednesday for Friday pickup

You'll receive a message confirming your pickup or delivery time when your bread is fresh out of the oven.
