Our Red Velvet White Chocolate Chip Cookies are a Valentine’s-season twist on our signature sourdough cookie style — rich, chewy, and baked with that “one more bite” addiction built in.
They start with a buttery dough made with real sourdough discard, which adds depth, balance, and a subtle tang that keeps the sweetness from becoming overpowering. A touch of cocoa gives them that classic red velvet flavor, while vibrant red color makes them feel instantly festive without tasting artificial.
Then we fold in generous white chocolate for creamy sweetness in every bite — melting into pockets throughout the cookie and pairing perfectly with the rich, chocolatey base.
