Baked in cast iron for a deep, caramelized crust, this bread is soft, slightly chewy, and crowned with a brush of melted butter and flaky sea salt right out of the oven.

It’s naturally leavened over 24+ hours, enriched with local honey and olive oil for a tender crumb, then hand-rolled with a swirl that caramelizes into gooey pockets of cinnamon sugar.
