Our flagship loaf—humble, hearty, and wildly loved. Driftless Sourdough is a classic country-style white loaf made with high-quality unbleached flour and our fresh-milled whole grain sourdough starter. It’s slow-fermented for deep flavor, a tender crumb, and that signature crackly crust.
What makes it special? While the flour is light and simple, the soul of the loaf comes from our stone-milled starter—fed daily with freshly ground wheat
