Our Asiago Sourdough is loaded with real aged Asiago cheese and naturally leavened for over 24 hours to create a deeply flavorful, slightly tangy bread with a crispy crust and soft, chewy center. Melted cheese weaves through every slice for a rich, savory bite that’s perfect on its own or leveled-up into a killer grilled cheese.
No shortcuts, no commercial yeast—just slow fermentation and real ingredients that speak for themselves.
Ingredients:
Unbleached white bread flour
Water
Asiago cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, cultures, salt, enzymes)
Sea salt
Sourdough starter (flour + water)
Loaf Size: ~1000g dough (~850g baked loaf)
Shelf Life: Best within 3 days. Can be sliced and frozen for longer storage.
Serving Tip: Reheat at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to bring back the fresh-baked magic.
