Made with the same slow-fermented dough as our signature white loaf—using unbleached flour and our fresh-milled sourdough starter—this loaf has the structure and flavor of artisan bread, with a savory kick that makes it unforgettable.
It’s cheesy, it’s crusty, it’s got just enough spice to wake up your taste buds without overwhelming them.
Ingredients:
Unbleached white flour (bread + AP), water, sea salt, fresh-milled wheat starter, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh jalapeño peppers
