Our sourdough discard coffee cake muffins are the kind of treat that makes mornings a little brighter (and afternoons, too).
Made with real sourdough discard for a tender, moist crumb and a hint of old-fashioned tang, each muffin is layered with warm cinnamon sugar and topped with a generous brown sugar crumble that bakes up golden and crisp.
They’re rich, cozy, and just the right amount of sweet — the sort of muffin that pairs perfectly with a quiet cup of coffee, a catch-up chat with friends, or a little “just because” moment at the kitchen counter.
Baked in small batches, by hand, right here in our kitchen — because we believe good things take time, and great muffins are worth sharing.
